Testimonials

Virginia is my spirit guide. She is highly skilled, professional, personable, and truly individualizes each session to my whatever my needs are that week. I've been seeing her for a few months now and she always exceeds my expectations.

I've been seeing Virginia for my anxiety and she has helped me "do the work" to not only manage it but to learn where it is stemming from. If you are looking for a therapist who will participate in each session and not just stare at you and shake their head, I highly recommend her.
