Avoid wearing strong scents, as some people are allergic.

Wear comfortable clothes.

As a recommendation, patients receiving acupuncture are expected to present themselves in freshly clean conditions 

as to safely trespass the barriers of the skin.

CANCELLATIONS

​

There's a strict 24-hour cancellation policy in effect. You will receive a 24-hour reminder of your upcoming appointment. If you fail to cancel your appointment upon confirmation and you don't show up for your appointment, a full session charge will apply. To avoid a balance respond to the confirmation reminder text by calling or texting 718-207-0438 to reschedule your session. No exceptions. 

Booking a session implies an acceptance of the office term and conditions.

PAYMENT

Payment in full is expected to book your appointment 48 hours in advance for online sessions.

All sessions start at the designated appointed time, not when the patient arrives. 

Please arrive on time, so you can be there for your session and designate a 45-minute to 1-hour interval for the full treatment experience
